HOW DOES IT WORK?
All of our foil designs are created via a die & press process. When we make a new design, we have a metal die cast, which is then used to press shiny foil into the paper after printing, resulting in a luxurious finish.
WHICH DESIGNS CAN I ADD FOIL TO?
Any of our cards can be customized with foil. Foil stamping is completely custom - we do not use ready made plates, so you can have anything from text to borders to artwork done with foil.
HOW DO I ADD FOIL?
When you fill out your order form, there will be options to add foil to your cards & inserts. Simply select the Add Foil option when placing your order. You’ll select your foil color during the customization process.

We currently offer 4 lovely metallic foil options: Rose Gold, Copper, Silver & Gold.

WHY DOES FOIL COST MORE?
The materials cost (the foil itself and the copper plates that are made to order) as well as the additional time required to create & print a foil order, mean that the cost for foil printing is higher.
The amount of foil area does not impact the cost – so if you wanted your entire invitation text in foil, the price would be the same as if it were just your names in foil.
Keep in mind, foil plates can be reused later (as long as the paper size is the same). So if you choose a foil monogram on your invitation, you could use the same foil later on your menu at a discounted rate (we’d subtract the die fee). Contact us & we’ll provide you with a quote.
